Louise has not signed the Grayson-Takano letter yet

Important news from the Washington Post yesterday:
Top House Progressives are demanding a sit down meeting with President Obama to underscore their opposition to any Social Security benefit cuts as part of a Grand Bargain — a sign that the left has no intention of allowing cuts to go forward without a major fight.
But progressive clout in that meeting will only be as big as the number of signers on the Grayson-Takano letter, which promises to vote against any bill that cuts Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits.
Representative Louise Slaughter has not yet signed the letter, and she is hurting the ability of progressive leaders to protect Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid benefits.
