Join Metro Justice in Labor Day Parade

Celebrate Workers Rights! Join us for Labor Day!

Metro Justice LogoWhat: Labor Day Parade!
When: Monday, September 2nd at 10 am
Where: We are meeting on Sibley Place (off of East Ave)

Metro Justice is once again going to march in this year’s Labor Day Parade,  and the theme is “Worker’s Rights are Human Rights,” which we all can stand behind!  I hope I can see you all there!  It is going to be a really fun time where we can celebrate the unions that built this country.  We will be meeting on Sibley Place (off of East Ave) at 10 am and marching down East Avenue through Downtown (if you can not walk the entire route, one of our members will be driving a minivan in the parade so you can participate).
Also, we will be accompanied by the Kind Brothers Band, a rock and roll band who is willing to perform in the back of a pickup truck.  We are looking for someone who is willing to donate their truck and drive it in the parade. If you’re interested, email me!

See you there,

Sami Sheehan
